Christmas light displays have always fascinated Pastor Stephanie. But why are they part of our celebration of Jesus’ birth? In the Gospel of John, we hear that Jesus came into the world to be “the light of all people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.” This is the Good News of Christmas: Jesus came into the world to shine God’s love into the darkest corners of our life. So take some time to enjoy the lights remembering our unexpected savior who came into an unprepared world to shine!
