This heart wrenching book By Edith Nesbit about children whose father leaves and they move to the Railroad is a must read and is just the best, Edith Nesbit is a great writer I love all her books there exciting and dramatic and the reader just makes them better, I just love how Karen Savage brings each character to life she does all the voices and is a great reader! Karen Savage your the #1 reader!

Delightful...simply delightful. This is ostensibly a simple tale of exploration by 3 young children in the English countryside during an age where the innocence of youth still thrived. However..the narrator was absolutely perfect for this story...and then for the book itself....I really enjoyed the strong character development and the various scenes of heroic response. Loved it!!

I throughly enjoyed listening to Karen Savage read this wonderful tale of Bobbi & her brother & sister. So many fun little adventures. Karen's talented reading made it easy to imagine E. Nesbit's detailed descriptions.
