Worth a try

I was really curious about the plot as I am a fan of this author. Unfortunately, I could not get past the seemingly random changes in voice pitch and inflection of the narrator. That may be a matter of taste, so give it a try.

Fantastic!

an excellent story of time travelling paradox. wow I really ate the end of this story up I wanted so much more and now I feel the need to hunt more of this authors stuff down. well worth the read at only 5 chapters long. narrator was also very good I'm quite fond of the way he reads. all in all a wonderful experience.

Good story, one of those that are designed to make you think. I'm a big fan of the narrator but I think he is better suited to stories with a hint of humour, possibly more of him reading the Stainless Steel Rat stories at which he excels would be good.

Thank you Phil

there is a review below that says Phil's reading annoyed them... Pfft! Phil's reading is excellent, the vice intonations and passion give the story life and reality. Good book this one, held me right to the end.

excellence again

The esteemed Chenevert brings to life a short and sweet yarn by the esteemed Piper. Certainly one of the best uses of less than one and one half hour of your time, fellow listeners. 5 stars all around

Temporal paradox

(4 stars)

The summary describes the plot, but the story also addresses the temporal paradox. Can you change what has already happened, or will fate always restore things to the status quo? Reading was excellent.

Great story and great reader!

A good story with an unexpected twist at the end. Phil is a fantastic narrator who brings the characters to life! I'll read any sci fi he reads.

The end of the story is predictable half way through, but it is a good time travel story and the narrator does a good job. Recommended.
