In this compelling episode of Saturday-Night Theatre, we follow the story of 20-year-old Susan Swatland, who, while on holiday in California, becomes involved with a commune and is ultimately recruited into the Unification Church of Sun Myung Moon, commonly known as the Moonies. Her parents, fearing they would lose her forever, travel to San Francisco in a desperate attempt to bring her back.

As they discover that persuasion is futile, they realize that more drastic measures are necessary to rescue their daughter from this influential group. Directed by John Cardy, this drama features a talented cast including Jane Wenham, Lesley Dunlop, and Jack Watling, among others.
