"Propaganda" incorporates psychological manipulation and social sciences to examine ways of manipulating masses of people. Bernays believed that increasing complexities of civilization created a need for invisible government, and the technical means through propaganda were the most effective way that public opinion and mass consent could be engineered artificially. Much different than I expected

I hope you will indulge me. I’ve been an avid LibriVox fan for over four years listening to over 300 books, all the westerns lotta crime mystery really enjoyed it. One thing I didn’t like is they changed a while back that you would have to look up the title of the book find the book and then fast-forward where you were as opposed to just hitting and resume me like you used to. Then to make things worse about a month ago, you completely changed it you can no longer search by genre, title reader author, whatever and once you do find a book if you’re lucky enough and try to open it, they try to sell you something in every case. However, I was able to Google a couple of books put the title in and get them and the one good thing was they did resume where you left off But it drastically changed to the point as an old 77-year-old I can no longer use it.
