"The Adventures of Topper" is a delightful radio situation comedy that aired on the NBC network. The show follows an old codger, Cosmo Topper, who is pleasantly haunted by the ghost of a beautiful, rich, philandering young woman named Marion Kirby and her equally ghostly husband, George. In one memorable episode from July 19, 1945, Topper describes the storyline to his sweet wife, Malveena, leading her to call a psychiatrist!

Roland Young played the role of Cosmo Topper, with Hope Emerson as Marion Kirby and Tony Barrett as George Kirby. Sponsored by Post Toasties and Maxwell House Coffee, the show was created by Thorne Smith and written by Stanley Wolf, with Kirby Hawkes as the producer and director. Richard Kollmar served as the program announcer.

This hilarious program features Topper's housekeeper frequently raising her arms in fear of the ghostly Kirbys. While many episodes of "The Adventures of Topper" are available online, this collection primarily includes alternate titles of the three episodes within this file.
