Critiques
such a great story

It starts out a little slow, and the author who wrote the books is not yet professional in his reading of the audio book. But he soon gets into the groove and gets good at it. The trilogy is worth it if you love a good dragon and magic story. This is the second time I have listened to it totally worth it.
good possibiliy

This story from book one to book three is engaging. There is some repetition in the reading and at times a random insert of something happening elsewhere with other than the main characters. while this insert is related, there is no transition into it. Ultimately it all comes together.

AngelEyes, I'm so glad that you enjoyed the story enough to listen more than once. That's a very nice compliment. Thank you. Regarding your very astute questions: Catrin's nails did grow back. Her skin is whole and not scarred but is never quite the same again. It's sort of cracked ...

Very enjoyable. I used to be an avid reader, but my job in the oilfield means I am out 100+ hours a week, 30 or so are driving from site to site. I can still "read" a good book through my MP3 player, and these 3 books are really good ...

Sorry, but who is this guy doing the narration? I heard him start another book here on this site, and I had to shut it down within a couple mins. He's terrible... Slow , elongates every damn word and is trying too hard to hide his accent. There are plenty of ...
It ok

I might read it to a nine year old but its only ok. It drags on during the quick action scenes amd goes by super fast during parts that should be for character development. Im not going to buy it but its worth a read.
There should be more stars!

A rivetting saga spread across an amazing trilogy. Every word is needed, no padding or fluff. Very well read and written, the characters are all well developed and each has their own story in this well woven plot.
intriguing

Very creative work. The author's voice characterizations were greatly greatly improved from the first vol. the..message was decidedly New Age emphasizing feelings as the primary source of guidance. There is a heavy reliance on super superlatives. Overall , an enjoyable book.
