This beautiful book, painted by a easy-to-listen-to voice, was all together wonderful. I recommend this book if you have read Pollyanna, to get the real feel for this miracle girl who reaches hearts and changes lives (without preaching, mind you.) It tells of how the once young girl now facing the teen to adult years with the whole package of jealousy, romance, confusion, fate, and grumpy Aunt Polly struggling to cope with the death of her love. Will they make it out of this drama? And holding who's hand will Pollyanna thrive? What of the dashing young people once Pollyanna's childhood friends? Find out in this wonderfully illustrated book by dear Eleanor H. Porter!

Mary Anderson...my favorite reader!!! She's the reason I listened to the 1st Pollyanna. I fell in love with all the Characters in both books and "Pollyanna Grows Up" is an awesome sequel! Now I have fallen in love with the author and her books as well, they keep you interested to the very end!
