The Mabinogion, Volume 3

Lu par Jim Locke

(1.9 stars; 8 reviews)

This is final volume of the Mabinogion. As with the other volumes, these Arthurian tales are translated from Welsh manuscripts and largely represent an earlier and more pagan period. (3 hr 13 min)

The narration is just awful. He cannot pronounce Welsh names making the reading distractingly unintelligible.

reader unfamiliar with Welsh

kudos to Jim Locke for taking the time to record himself reading the Mabinogion, however he has poor recording equipment, a flat cadence, and needs practice at Welsh.

couldn't handle the readers voice....would like to hear it read by someone more enthusiastic
