Obsession (Old Time Radio)
Obsession was an early 1950s syndicated anthology of thriller and suspense programs featuring some of Hollywood's best radio talent. While the scripts vary in quality, most offer good listening experiences.
This series is not well-documented among radio collectors and does not appear in all radio reference directories. However, it was a fairly big budget program that, had it aired earlier, might have attracted a larger audience. These copies have been verified and are in better sound quality than is usually found.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.

Impressive and Different !

I'm not leaving this page without alerting aficionados of OTR noir to this series. Scripting and other elements delightful and unexpected had me rewinding repeatedly to hear them again. The early episode called something like "Murder Deferred" or "Second Choice" (I don't have the exact title visible, sorry) is my favorite so far.
Suspense! fans, don't miss!

This is like Suspense!, but with a better hit to miss ratio, imo.
