The Clock is a drama anthology series that aired on ABC from 1946 to 1948. Narrated by "Father Time", the series was created and written by Lawrence Klee, who was known for his work with the Hummerts and ABC. Initially produced in New York, the show later moved to Hollywood in 1948, featuring many actors from the popular series Suspense.

Despite its strong scripts and direction by William Spier, the series struggled to find a sponsor and was ultimately cancelled. The Clock is remembered for its unique storytelling and has been preserved through various recordings, including those by Grace Gibson Productions, which began syndicating them worldwide in 1955.

This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
