Well read by a young reader. There is some background noise (chimes) but it really dosn't distract the listener. I may be mistaken but I think this is the only Oz book to have dragons in it.

Ok so Luke nelson might be a good reader if he just tries. But he kinda sounds like he doesn't want to read. No affiance. Ok?

I think the other reviews are focused on the wrong thing. It is the book that matters not the quality of the reader. Baum has made a very good addition to the Oz books. Fiori Do

The story itself was good, but not as entertaining as the first few Oz stories and the Patchwork Girl and also Rinkitink which had more humor in them. It was such a pleasure to hear this story read by a young boy with a pleasant voice and excellent pronunciation. It made me feel almost as if I were right there in Oz with Dorothy and her young friends. Thank you for all your time and sharing of your excellent reading skills, Luke. : )
