Bram Stoker The Judge's House

(4.8 étoiles; 17 critiques)

The Judge's House is a classic ghost story by the Irish author Bram Stoker. A scholar moves into the former home of a judge with an evil reputation, leading to chilling events that unfold within its walls. This tale was first published in the December 5, 1891, special Christmas issue and is considered by many to be Stoker's greatest short story.

The story was featured in The Second Pan Book of Horror Stories, a collection published in 1962 that is regarded as one of the best in the series. The Pan Book of Horror Stories introduced a new generation to the horror tradition, with early editions known for their lurid cover art and a mix of new authors alongside classics of the genre.
