Guy Meredith Arcady
Guy Meredith
Arcady is a haunting play that explores the frenzy of wealth accumulation in the 1980s through the experiences of Malcolm and Liz, who acquire a vast old house filled with strange, inexplicable sounds and voices. The story serves as both a dissection of Thatcherite market forces and an unconventional ghost story.
Featuring a talented cast including Harriet Walter, Michael Kitchen, Jan Winters, Ben Onwukwe, Angus Wright, Terence Edmond, and James Greene, this production was directed by Ned Chaillet.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.

Critiques
Compelling story/poor sound quality.

This story line was so good that I endured the abysmal sound quality to satisfy my curiosity… which was ultimately went unsatisfied at the conclusion.
