Spellbound is a dramatization by Amanda Dalton from the Alfred Hitchcock film script by Ben Hecht and the original book by Francis Beeding. The story follows Constance Sedgwick, a newly qualified psychiatrist, and Dr. Murchison, an author of several books on psychiatry, as they arrive at Landry House in Yorkshire.

However, Murchison soon becomes suspected of being an impostor, leading to a gripping narrative filled with suspense and intrigue. The play features performances by Hattie Morahan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alexandra Mathie, David Fleeshman, Gerard Fletcher, and Christine Cox, under the direction of Susan Roberts.
