Does love at first sight exist? The heroine of this story, Natalie, seems to think so and is willing to move heaven and earth in order to marry Captain Mowbray whom she notices at a reception dinner. Thankfully Natalie is rich, brave, and willing to stand up for what she believes in. She will need every ounce of courage and every dollar she has in order to see herself become the bride of her handsome Captain who refuses to ever become a married man. - Summary by Jenn Broda (3 hr 14 min)

Melanie
This book really annoyed me. It is a really overly sentimental presentation of national finance issues. I didn’t really like the heroine. I wasn’t buying the “plucky little girl who always get what she wants “. Oh well, not every book makes every listener happy.
