I had to listen to the last three chapters twice to make sure I understood who the guilty person was, how the murder was committed, and why.

But was it completely fair? ... l will have to ponder that. Chesterton had no complaints at any rate. I love that Librivox is preserving these dime novels of the detective genre and I enjoy this reader.
