The Man of the House
Pansy
Lu par TriciaG

Ten-year-old Reuben Watson Stone is carrying a heavy burden. As "the man of the house", he feels responsible for supporting his widowed mother and younger sister. He takes just about any job he can get, even ones that are dangerous. During a particularly harrowing experience, Reuben learns to turn to God for protection and guidance, and God seems to put circumstances in his path where he can prove his helpfulness and trustworthiness. But is that enough, or will he enlist himself as a soldier with Christ as his captain? - Summary by TriciaG (8 hr 16 min)
