The reader was great, very clear and distinct. Also the story was great if you enjoy listening to teen mysteries like Nancy Drew. I did a little research on the title and found that seemingly the same author wrote this book and the Nancy Drew series?? Under different pen names obviously.

I really enjoyed this story. The voice actress did a decent job, but not as good as Cheryl Adam. The story was great fun, I just think Penny acted rather out of character and the villain was pretty gullible.

Yes, I have heard the same and read both Penny Parker and Nancy Drew books, the latter however, were more popular. I enjoy listening to these and am glad they have more now. They do all follow a similar script (as I learned from reading about 18 in a row of the first Nancy books and probably ten Penny books)but they are still different enough to want to read more. :)

The reader did a great job and the book is filled with fun and excitement! I really believe these stories have more excitement than some of the the Nancy Drew books and some of the hardy boys series

I hope these go on and on forever! I adore this series, and it's so well read! I'm a fan of Cheryl Adams' readings as well. I think they both do such an excellent job
