It included many familiar names from New York's acting talent pool, such as Lawson Zerbe, Ann Shepherd, Santos Ortega, Ralph Bell, and William Zuckert.
The program showcased stories by well-known writers, chosen by guest experts like Craig Rice, Bruno Fisher, and Lawrence Blochman. Each episode began with the host introducing the story and its author, followed by a closing narration that provided a preview of the next week's drama.
