Eddie Condon's Jazz Concert

It's Wonderful

English · Music, Radio

Eddie Condon's Jazz Concert brings together jazz musicians for a lively ensemble performance shaped by Condon's distinctive approach to traditional jazz. The program offers a chance to hear the interplay of instrumental voices in a concert setting, with the music itself at the center.

This recording is identified with the song “It's Wonderful.” Its appeal lies in the spontaneous energy of a jazz performance: melodic lines pass among the players, rhythms keep the ensemble moving, and the group sound gives the music its character.

For listeners drawn to classic jazz and radio-era performances, the concert provides an intimate glimpse of musicians making music together on air.

This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
