Planet Man is a science-fiction radio adventure series centered on interplanetary exploration and encounters beyond Earth. Its title evokes a world of space travel and unfamiliar civilizations, where human characters face the challenges and possibilities of life among the planets.
Presented as a dramatic radio program, the series uses spoken performance and sound to bring its adventures to life. The episode title, “The Venusian Council Convenes,” suggests a story involving a gathering of Venusian leaders, offering a glimpse of the political and social worlds that science-fiction radio could imagine.
The appeal lies in hearing an era’s vision of the solar system unfold through dialogue and audio atmosphere. Listeners can enjoy the blend of adventure and speculative ideas, as the drama turns distant planets and their inhabitants into a setting for radio storytelling.
