Archie Andrews

Archie Fights a Cold

English · Radio, Humor, Children's Fiction

Archie Andrews brings the comic world of the popular teenager to radio, following Archie and his friends through the everyday mishaps and misunderstandings of life in Riverdale. Archie’s impulsive ideas and good intentions often lead him into trouble, while his relationships with Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and the adults around him provide plenty of room for comic complications.

The program adapts the familiar characters and situations of the Archie comics for a lively radio performance, using dialogue and sound to bring their school, home, and social lives to the listener. Its humor comes from youthful enthusiasms, awkward predicaments, and the contrast between Archie’s confidence and the consequences of his choices.

Lighthearted and character-driven, the show offers an easygoing slice of teen comedy, with the warmth and playful spirit that made Archie’s world a lasting favorite.
