The Sinking of the 'Titanic'

(5 Sterne)

Five-stars for <i>The Sinking of the 'Titanic'</i> by The (London) 'Times', read by Andy Minter. I did not listen to the rest. Fascinating first-person accounts, just days after the sinking as the survivors arrived in NY. Minter's reading is somehow perfect for the times, it feels fresh and immediate, the horror of the disaster unfolding in stoic motion. Highly recommended.

something for everyone (and then some)

Typically potpourri collection from the fine volunteers at LibriVox. As previously reviewed, particularly not to be missed is "The Sinking of the 'Titanic'" read by Andy Minter.
