Science Fiction is speculative literature that generally explores the consequences of ideas which are roughly consistent with nature and scientific method, but are not facts of the author’s contemporary world. The stories often represent philosophical thought experiments presented in entertaining ways. Protagonists typically “think” rather than “shoot” their way out of problems, but the definition is flexible because there are no limits on an author’s imagination. As per usual, some great and some less so. Some fine readers and some less so. Some stories more on the fantasy and horror than sci-fi but it’s a good blend and a good listen

Good stories except on The Bramble Bush when the narrator keeps saying "DeHOKE" when it should be "DeHOOCH", the old time word for booze which then makes sense in the narrative.

great time filler. various readers. some good, others bad. the last story was either the inspiration for, or Rod Serling himself stole the story for a twilight zone episode. the one effete the old guy survives a nuclear blast. Now he can read but breaks his glasses. classic! :)
