How I play them

I downloaded this collection, using torrent file on this web site after finishing download, I found difficulty to open them. Anyone has idea ?

I have no idea how to use torrents. What I do is download the zip file of the audios (the links for "128KBPS MP3" and "64KBPS MP3" depending on the quality you want) and play the MP3s.
