This is a wonderful short work on the importance of intimacy with God and the power of prayer. Andrew Murray’s writings are so edifying and Christopher Smith’s narration is so soothing and engaging. I also like that it is broken out into short chapters that you can use for a daily reflection.

I found the book one of the most helpful Christian theology books, Murray's teaching is deep but practical for a disciple to seek, search and find God in His Word and experience God personally in quiet prayer.
