As he attempts to regain her affection, Nick discovers a fellow tin man, Captain Fyter, as well as a Frankenstein monster-like creature, Chopfyt, made from their combined parts by the tinsmith, Ku-Klip. Phil did a great job of reading this rather disturbing instalment of the Oz books. I was quite disconcerted by the woodmans back story, and the story has some details that if you think too hard about them makes this almost a horror story. Still extremely entertaining adventure!
