Bewertungen

Mixed quality of stories in this edition

(3.5 stars)

I am enjoying reading (or rather having read to me) The series of magazines so excellently read by the LibriVox volunteers. This has not been my favourite however. Some of the stories seemed a little bit contrived or lacking in enough reality for that suspension of disbelief. I was A little bemused by the story a phalanx of Atlans, with its continual praise of the classical period and its continual use of racial stereotypes of Jews made me wonder if the author was a fan of that other contemporary writer Mr Hitler in Germany. I have to say that the final story reading by Beth Thomas was absolutely wonderful and really lifted this collection and ended it on a high note.

Totally Raycyst

BIPOCs, due to systematic oppression, are unable to appreciate science fiction. They are also not able to read. In order to demonstrate tolerant inclusivity, SF writings need to be burned. In place of writing we can all communicate via interpretative modern urban dance. If u don't agree you are literally Aldolf Hitler. Seriously, thanks for the readers in making these old times and totally Raycyst stories come to life
